Our operating thesis is simple: rules change; documents and training must change with them, automatically. Agencies don't fail surveys because they don't care. They fail because keeping paper current with regulation is a full-time job nobody staffed. So we staffed it, once, for everyone.

The team is described best by capability, not headcount: healthcare compliance content built from the federal Conditions of Participation and California statute; security engineering on AWS HIPAA-eligible services, with a signed Business Associate Agreement for every onboarding customer; and a senior design practice. The forms library and onboarding platform on this site are the same ones running at a California home health agency today.

We name the official source of everything we publish and date it. When we're wrong, we correct it visibly. That's the whole brand.
